Needs Analysis of Nursing Students in English Online Learning

Needs analysis is a compulsory procedure in formulating the syllabus. Since Covid-19 has forcefully changed traditional learning into online learning, it necessary to reanalyse students’ needs an appropriate English This quantitative study employs descriptive method. The participants are 85 sophomore students of nursing bachelor program at STIKes YPIB Majalengka. aims describe that categorized six aspects with following results: 1) current situation, shows need more support facilitate internet networks and devices (n=52,61%). 2) skills prior knowledge, this numerous tremendously develop their vocabulary, structures four basic (n=66,76%). 3) difficulties, describes many assistance finding styles (n=44,52%). 4) motivation, strong initiation find motives (n=53,62%). 5) perception, they encouragements increase self-esteem classroom setting (n=51,60%). last, 6) expectation, almost all methods varied interesting (n=83,98%).
